Training.
Training
generally takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between
7pm and 8.30pm at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow. During
the winter months, training is occasionally transferred to the
indoor Arena at the Kelvin Hall.

Graham Smith is our Head Coach who oversees all coaching
and is a member of the club committee.
The club is divided into
training groups
which cater for a
wide range of ages and ability.
All of these groups meet before training within the
Pavilion at Scotstoun Stadium to socialise and sign in.
They then join their designated coach and move to their
scheduled training area to begin their warm up.
All of our training sessions are held within a safe
environment with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment.
Training Kit
Every athlete should bring to each training session:

Shorts and T-shirt

Joggers and outer layer
-
Waterproof jacket
-
Trainers and spikes if applicable
-
Drink - water or sports drink
At the end of every training session all athletes return to
the Pavilion for notices, planning re fixtures and signing
out.
